Dr Gargava is currently the Member Secretary at Central Pollution Control Board under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. A thought leader and strategist in the field of Environmental Engineering and Management, Prashant is a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and a Fulbright scholar (Nevada, USA) in Environment leadership. Prashant has more than 30 years of diverse and eclectic experience in environmental policies, sector specific statutory requirements and regulations, air quality policy and urban air quality management. Not only has he spearheaded key air quality initiatives in India (including Air Quality Index AQI and National Air Quality Standards), but he has also delved in academic endeavours like teaching/supervising numerous grad students at SPA (School of Planning and Architecture) and IIT Delhi. He has co-authored the guidance framework for Air Quality Management in Asian cities for Clean Air Asia (CAA) and conceptualized National Clean Air Program (NCAP) for India. He led India's well known Six City Source Apportionment study that guided future air quality action plans and also developed the country's first environmental databank.

Dr. Sumit Sharma is presently working with United Nations Environment Programme. Previously he worked as Director (Earth Science and Climate Change Division, TERI and was convening a group of 15 researchers in TERI focusing on various environmental issues. In last 14 years, he has worked on more than 20 projects related to air quality management which involved air quality monitoring, emission inventorisation, air quality modelling, and drafting air quality management plans. He has worked on pollution source apportionment studies carried out for different cities/regions in India, in which he was actively involved in preparing emission inventories and carrying out air quality simulations. He was also the part of the main team to carry out Indo-California Air Pollution Mitigation Program for control of vehicular emissions in India. Recently, under the chairman ship of Prof. V. Ramanathan, he has led a team of 25 researchers across 17 different international institutes to come up with a report's Breathing Cleaner Air to provide 10 scalable solutions for air quality improvement in India. ). Dr Sumit is a pass out from Delhi College of Engineering and Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Mr. Deshmukh has over 40 years of experience in automotive components manufacturing that includes Process Control, Design, Quality Assurance, Marketing, including R&D. He currently is the Group CTO at the Sona Comstar Group that has operations in India, China, Mexico, Germany, Hungary, and the US. He started his career in 1975 as a graduate engineer with Bharat Gears Ltd working in R&D, Production, Heat Treatment, Furnace Design, and Manufacturing. In 1986, he moved on to set up Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd., which is today the largest steering systems manufacturer in the country. In the 30 years at Sona-Koyo, he held various positions including COO, Dy. Managing Director, and Executive Vice Chairman – the position he held from September 2015 to May 2017. Mr. Deshmukh spearheaded company’s implementation of the TPS, TQM, and TPM and led the company to be the recipient of the Deming Prize in 2003 and TPM Excellence Awards in 2008 and 2017. Mr. Kiran Deshmukh is a graduate in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay), Mumbai.

Dr. Sagnik Dey is Institute Chair professor at the Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, coordinator of the Centre of Excellence for Research on Clean Air (CERCA), Co-coordinator of CAPHER INIDA and an associate faculty of School of Public Policy at IIT Delhi, India. His research interest is to understand the interlinkages of air pollution and climate change and how it impacts human health. Dr Dey has been involved in several national (e.g., National Carbonaceous Aerosol Program, National Clean Air Mission, National Climate Mission etc.) and international (e.g., NASA's MAIA mission, Indo-UK, Indo-Poland bilateral program) projects. He is a consultant of the World Bank on air quality management and is working with several UN bodies (UNEP, UNDP) on various issues of air pollution. He is a member of the WHO Southeast Asia RTAG on non-communicable diseases. He is a collaborator of the Global Burden of Disease Study. He was awarded INSA Young Scientist Medal in 2008, NASI-SCOPUS Young Scientist Award in 2012, Institute Teaching Excellence Award in 2016 and Fulbright-Nehru Professional and Academic Exellence Award in 2017-18. He is serving as Associate Editor in Atmospheric Environment, and Editorial Board Member of Scientific Reports (Nature) and Earth System Dynamics. Dr Dey has published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals.

Bodh Raj Mehta is presently Director (Research, Innovation and Development) at Jaypee Education System. He has been a former Emeritus Professor, former Dean (R&D) and Schlumberger Chair Professor at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi, India. He is also the founder of VEDUEM a non-profit enterprise for providing Make & Learn Education to school students. He is a Mentor and Technical Advisor to successful deep technology Start-ups: Ornate Solar, Invert Energy and Ultra Solar Technology USA.

Prof. Sunil Kumar Khare is a Biochemistry and Institute Chair Professor at IIT Delhi. An alumnus of IIT Delhi, he received his doctoral degree in Biochemistry (1990). He did his Postdoctoral research at National Food Research Institute, Tsukuba, Japan. Prof. Khare has more than 30 years of academic and industrial research experience with 190+ publications and patents. His current noteworthy contributions have been in the area of differential proteomics of solvent-tolerant/halophilic class of extremophiles and deciphering nanotoxicity mechanisms in plant and microbial systems.

Hemant is a Mechanical Engineer from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology having served the Indian power generation sector for more than 30 years in companies such as NTPC and CLP including consulting assignments with Hitachi, BCG, Mckinsey and A&M. He also holds an MBA in Finance and a PG Diploma in Environment.

Dr. S. Mishra is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He is a recipient of the INSA medal for young scientist, the INAE young engineer award, and the INAE silver jubilee young engineer award. He has earned the credit to become the youngest fellow in the electrical engineering section of INAE at the age of 38 in the year 2009. He is also a fellow of IET UK, IETE India and IE India. He is currently holding the position of INAE chair professor.
