Hemant brings with him more than 33 years of operational, management and consulting experience in the Indian power generation space having served NTPC limited, CLP India (now APRAAVA Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings HongKong) including onsite /offsite consulting assignments with Hitachi consulting, BCG, Mckinsey and A&M. Hemant is a mechanical Engineer from Thapar Institute of Engg & Technology, Patiala and also holds an MBA in Finance and a PG Diploma in Environmental consultancy services.

She has over 7 years of working experience in Renewable Energy and Environmental sector with Master of Technology in Environmental Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. Before joining CERCA, she has worked with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in Rooftop Solar division as Senior Technical Analyst.

He has more than 11 years of experience in the private sector, such as Quatrro Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (Worked for JPMorgan Chase) and IIT Delhi (TRIPP & CERCA). He is an MBA (IT & Finance) from Subharti University, Meerut, and holds a strong administrative professional position with a Software Engineer (3 Years Diploma) focused on Information Technology from NIIT. Skilled in Operations Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analysis, Web & Creative Designer, and Fraud Risk Mitigation Specialist.

She has an interdisciplinary background and graduated from GGSIPU in Delhi with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and a Master of Technology in NanoScience and Technology. She worked for a startup for two years before joining CERCA in 2021.

She has completed her BCA from GGSIPU university . Currently she is working in CERCA as a Project Assistant(Tech). Before joining CERCA she has worked with Centre For Atmospheric Sciences as a Database Management and Website Designing.
